4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to you in the form of Cash on Delivery for the returned items. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the returned product is found to be in non-defective condition, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the return, depending on the circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In this case, we will send you a return label or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses.

For other types of returns, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
